How Do You collect rent from my tenants?

Tenants pay rent directly to Bay Property Management Group via their online tenant portal. Rent payments are dispersed to owner via direct deposit twice a month.

Who pays for maintenance and repairs?

Depending on the cause of the maintenance issue, either the owner or tenant are responsible for maintenance costs. Your property manager will assist in determining cause and provide quotes for repairs.

Do I need a license to rent my property?

Your dedicated property manager will work with you to ensure your property is in compliance with all nearby ordinances as well as state & federal requirements.

How quickly will you find tenants for my property?

Our average leasing time is less than 30-days, however, leasing time can vary based on the price of the property and time of year. Your dedicated leasing agent will work with you to determine the best strategy to minimize vacancy time.

how much is my rental property worth?

Our leasing professionals will provide a comprehensive rental analysis to determine a recommended starting price. We look at nearby rental properties and your property’s amenities and conditions in our evaluation, as well as the current rental market.
