BMG has been great property managers thus far. I’ve had roofing issues over the past month on my property and BMG has navigating the process seamlessly. Deryl, my property manager, has set up quotes, inspections, and payments on my behalf to ensure my roof was fixed in a timely manner and the tenant is satisfied. She has been professional, responsive, and prompt throughout this entire process. I would definitely recommend them.

Really like the group, especially my PM Pink Melendez. She is very responsive, hands on, flexible and capable of handling tough situations. Normally I don’t have trust in any service provider in roles like a PM, but Pink is different and very trustworthy. Also, if you are researching on PM options, look no further than Bay Property Management.
