Tara was incredible. She showed us a property Saturday afternoon, and had all paperwork done for us by Sunday! We woke up Monday with everything done. Normally, Management companies are a "turn off", and I say that because I've lived in many different places with different management companies. I've got to say, these guys are professional, prompt, and seem to generally care. I've called Landlords directly in the past and haven't gotten a response as fast or nearly as professional as these guys. They are consistent, and act quickly, and generally care about your convenience as a tenant. They truly handle their business, and I wish more management companies acted like these guys. Two thumbs up from me all around.

I just want to give a 5 star review for their emergency after hours service. The heat was not working when I came home late on a Friday night when it was 20 degrees outside. Bay had a contractor there in about 90 minutes and they had the issues fixed in an hour. So happy I didn’t have to stay in a hotel or wait all weekend until the following Monday to get the heater fixed. The after hours team saved the day!
