Our experience with the services of BMG has been excellent - thanks to the professional and prompt service of Olga T. In the several years of our rental, she has been our 'go to' person for any request for service for our property. She is pleasant and helpful - no matter how excited I have been about my need for immediate help. She schedules the service personnel, keeps me in the loop about when I can expect the service folks to arrive and then follows up to be sure all is handled to my satisfaction. My husband recently called Olga the "voice of calm" when we're stressing over a repair. The fact that both my husband and I say "let's call Olga" rather than "let's call the management company" says a lot about how reliable she is! I’ll be honest, I wasn’t a fan of this place at first. My property manager wasn’t very responsive or helpful.In January, we got a new property manager and he’s been amazing. Alexander has been very responsive and helpful with any issues that have come up.When our washer stopped working, Alexander we as able to get us a replacement quickly.We’ve renewed our lease for 2 more years. We absolutely love the house but a part is because of how well Alexander has been in helping us.

I’ve been renting from Bay Property Management for the last couple of years now and can honestly say I’m extremely satisfied by the Unit and their business. It’s very rare that I have any issues with the property due to the appliances and everything being fairly newer, but my property manager Kristina Mondejar is always quick to respond and makes sure it’s handled to the fullest extent. In correspondence with the property’s open layout and abundance of storage areas, it makes for the ideal rental situation.

Rented a BMG managed property for a bit over year. Our manager Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with and was able to resolve any issue that came up quickly! We had an issue getting a new parking pass from our condo complex after the previous tenant took the old pass, and Elizabeth was able to get a new pass mailed to us in a day or two with almost no effort on our end.Great experience!

My experience with BMG couldn't be better. It started with how quickly they responded to my first inquiry... Jessica D (my rental agent) was helpful and flexible as I navigated a move from 400 miles away. As soon as I was moved in, I heard from Elizabeth J (my property manager). Elizabeth has been wonderful! Her first question after I sent the move-in report was, "Is there anything from the list that you would like us to look into?" That very day, she arranged it all. Since then, she's been so easy to contact and work out the little things I need to get done to make this rental my home. Highly recommend!

So far my experience with this company has been great. Let me start with indicating that this is my first time dealing with a management property company as I was accustomed to dealing directly with the owner, and I was horrified that my experience would be bad just like many others have experienced with other management property companies; but to the contrary all has been great. My first contact person with this company Justin was a great help. He made sure that I was able to get the house that I was interested in and made the whole process clear and easy. He was very patient with all my questions and is a genuinely nice person very clear and upfront. Since I have moved in (2-3 weeks) I have now been dealing directly with my property manager, Kristina Mondejar, and although we have not spoken on the phone or have met in person she has been a great help. She is very responsive to emails and texts and had a couple of things taken care of right away. By far my experience with this company has been great. I love the house that I am in and am grateful for the help that I have received along the way. Hoping that nothing changes during my year lease and all will be great 🙂

Elizabeth J and Fran D at BMG are awesome! I have been a tenant of bay management property group for 2+ years. Although, I have been assigned a different manager each lease agreement, I can say that the service has remained above average. Elizabeth J does a great job with resolving any issues that come about. Along with the contractor maintenance worker, Fran D. These two really go beyond their job duties to ensure my home is of standard living conditions.Elizabeth sent Fran D out to fix my light fixture. Not only did he fix my light fixture, but, he also insisted on fixing my door handle and the light switches. So its awesome to have a dedicated contractor who go above and beyond their work order. Thanks to them both. I really recommend this property management group if you are renting a unit associated with them.

I am renting a property under Bay Property Management. They have provided excellent service since I started with them. My property manager Elizabeth Jaimes is always on point. Her response to any problem or question that I may have is very prompt and she gets the issue resolved. Just recently I had a issue with not being able to enter my garage from the outside because there was a problem with the transmitter. I had to always go in through my front door to get to the inside of the garage to be able to open up the garage door. I called Elizabeth to let her know and she was quickly able to get a garage door company to come out and install a new transmitter. They also installed a new control pad for inside and an entry keypad on the outside. Whatever is needed Elizabeth always gets the job done. She is genuinely a nice person and I’m glad to have her as a property manager!

My experience with the BMG company has been fantastic, especially because the employee Phillip Gongora gives a show of professionalism. Always attentive to my doubts and does not measure efforts to solve my requirements regarding the house. As soon as I moved in, Phillip promptly introduced himself and made himself available to me. All the maintenance that needed to be done on the house was taken care of quickly. I recommend Phillip's service with a 100% guarantee that the person will be satisfied. Below are photos of the maintenance done in the bathroom (they changed the flush), in the kitchen (they changed the faucet and even upgraded) and the basement door lock was changed. Everything was done quickly and perfectly. Thank you so much for everything you have done so far to make my stay the best it can be.

I worked with a fellow by the name of Justin , he worked I would like to say around the clock to get us into the rental we asked about. This is my first apartment unit and I must say it has been awesome! My favorite part has been having my own bathroom. I remember my first time here and I fell in love with the bathroom floor design. In my quest to locate a suitable property management company, I decided to inquire on the services provided by BMG after reading many positive reviews. From day one, Dana was very professional and answered all of my questions efficiently. I was impressed by the technology aspects of the tenant/landlord process. The operation was laid out in a way which was helpful and did not feel overwhelming. Additionally, the management fees were affordable, given the extensive quality of services provided. I felt comfortable asking questions, knowing someone from the team would respond (day or night). Once the ball started rolling, I was happily involved in every aspect of the procedure to locate a suitable tenant. Just as advertised an appropriate tenant was found in under 30 days, in my case I believe it was within two weeks. I am very particular of those representing my needs and this company has met my exceptions. I have had the pleasure of working with the leasing agent Justin, who is a superb at his job kept me in the loop at all times. Lastly, I love a company where the employees are happy which is demonstrated in the way they conduct business with their clients. I would definitely recommend Bay Property Management Group for any property management services.

These folks are quick! I needed to get my property rented out because it was a contingent for me before being able to buy my new house. I was practically given two weeks to do so. Justin, Kevin, and Kristian were all very responsive and found a tenant in less than a week. The house needed a lot of work especially landscaping when we moved in but whatever request I put in for maintenance is answered within the hour. Kristina is always fast to respond and take care of whatever I need. I have rented from other management companies and their communication and responsiveness was nowhere near Bay managements. Our Queen Village property has been managed by BMG for almost 4 years now. We had been working with another company, but their communication was extremely limited and it seemed like they didn’t want our involvement at all. Our experience with BMG on the other hand has been great! Dana and Christian are very personable and responsive. Though they handle the complete management of our property, we are still included in all decisions like upcoming repairs, communication from the tenant or rent. I really appreciate that transparency and we fully trust that they are taking the best care of our property and our tenants. I would highly recommend BMG!

I've been working with BMG for 2 years (they manage two of my properties), and I don't have a single negative thing to say about them. They are very thorough during property turnover, so I haven't had issues mid-year with maintenance. Their tenant vetting process is top-notch so you can rest easy knowing you'll have responsible tenants. Rent checks are deposited early in the month and on time, like clockwork! Dealing with Bay Management was a breeze for the majority of my time leasing in the city. I was in a place for two years that they assisted me in finding. I was moving in from out of town after landing a job and they were able to find me a place that made sense for my situation in a timely manner. My maintenance requests were also dealt with adequately. I know they have been very accommodating to people through Covid-19 struggles as well. I will be using them again to find a new place when the next chapter presents itself.
