As a property owner, communication, responsiveness, and follow-through are extremely important to me, and they have consistently delivered in all three areas. From the beginning, Andre has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He took over the property seamlessly, kept me informed throughout the process, and coordinated effectively with tenants, vendors, and contractors. Whenever questions or concerns came up, he was quick to respond and provide updates. Most recently, when I discovered several months of water bills had not been posted to the tenant ledger, Andre worked directly with the tenant and accounting team to resolve the issue. He communicated throughout the process, helped establish a payment plan, and ensured everything was handled professionally and fairly. His willingness to take ownership of the situation and find a practical solution was greatly appreciated. I also appreciate the attention to detail he has shown with maintenance and repair matters. Great Management

We've been at our property for a couple years and we're happy with BPM! There have been a few typical maintenance-type things over the last year and every time we submitted a request, our property manager Andre was very responsive and communicative, and things generally get fixed in a timely manner (and every time it snows our back driveway and our front sidewalks were cleared and salted right away). The online portal works well and payment receipts, lease docs, bills, and maintenance requests are easy to find and track.

My experience with BMG couldn't be better. It started with how quickly they responded to my first inquiry... Jessica D (my rental agent) was helpful and flexible as I navigated a move from 400 miles away. As soon as I was moved in, I heard from Elizabeth J (my property manager). Elizabeth has been wonderful! Her first question after I sent the move-in report was, "Is there anything from the list that you would like us to look into?" That very day, she arranged it all. Since then, she's been so easy to contact and work out the little things I need to get done to make this rental my home. Highly recommend!

We recently transitioned the management of our rental property to the Bay Property Management team. BMG has been managing my 2 properties in Philadelphia since 2023. So far, I have not had any problems dealing with this company. They are professional, communicate easily and quickly, and resolve problems as soon as possible. I also respond promptly to their questions and approvals when needed. As an owner, we both do our jobs to support the tenants.
