You will be required to upload the following documents with your application, so please have the following items completed and ready to be uploaded:
- Certificate of Liability Insurance ($100,000 minimum)
- Workers Compensation Insurance Certification ($500,000 minimum)
- Completed W9
- Completed Subcontractor Agreement
- Any relevant licenses.
Once your application is received, one of our team members will be in touch to move forward with a Subcontractor Agreement.
