I've had a great experience with Bay Property Management so far, but Jack T. exceeded my expectations.

From the start, he was timely and thorough, taking time to inspect the space and assess what needed to be done before heading out for supplies. He was upfront about his process, noting that while he typically comes prepared, some projects require a closer look first. I called him while he was still at the store, and he was readily available and happy to provide clarification on a few things.

Back on site, Jack worked diligently and with purpose without rushing. His calm, professional presence made me feel at ease having him in my space. The quality of his work spoke for itself. The paint job was even and clean, and when I pointed out a few minor additional items, he didn't hesitate. He said, "if I'm here, I'm happy to take a look."

He finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up meticulously when done, treating the space with the same care he would his own.

I highly recommend Jack T. and will be requesting his assistance with future matters that may arise.

I have used Bay Management Group (BMG) to represent all of my properties for over 10 years. Tenant turnover in a property is a part of the business, and BMG is up to the task. Communication is key in getting the property re-rented and I appreciate that my BMG Leasing Agent David Rosenfeld keeps me informed with updates as needed. David does a great job representing the properties for me which allows me to focus on other business. Any time there is a turnover at one of my properties I specifically request to the leasing manager that I want David to represent the property. First off hello hello to all readers this is a review about my property manager, I have currently been a tenant with bay management group over 10 years in counting I am super excited to write this review for one of the BEST property managers that I’ve had @baymanagement I call her my angel but her name is PRISCILLA LOJERO and when I say she do her job that’s what I mean she replies quickly works really hard with me to get the best results to the best of her ability she always detailed communication is at level 1000 as she communicates til the issue is resolved no matter what it is she keeps me aware of the process as things progress so I feel included an very informed when there is a problem I have she never gets rude very well spoken and doesn’t mind explaining things to keep a level of understanding I recently lost my mom and I shared that with her on a call when I was at a weak moment and in tears but still had to be on the phone to get an issue resolved she spoke life into my dark moment she doesn’t even know how her kind words help pull me back into reality that day I will always appreciate her for that an always getting things done when I call that’s real I would like to thank her for being a human being to me and not a robot…… way to go bay management y’all hired a good one

Posting 4 stars so it can be seen. This company allows un identified individuals who “work for them” to enter people’s units and these “employees” are hostile and aggressive.I have heard that this happens on a regular occurrence. None of the people wear identification or uniforms. This is extremely dangerous and needs to be addressed immediately.

Update 04/03/2026. The entire apartment building of 1114 St. Paul st is going to be 5 days without hot water with today,Saturday and Sunday. I would assume the people who work in the offices below are also unable to use the hot water. They have made no announcement or given any update on the situation. This does not seem legal at all and I feel so awful for those residents given other horrors stories I’ve heard.

04/07/2026 still no hot water in this building. And flip flopping stories from maintenance….
