It has been a really easy process to work with Bay Property Management. I love not having to self manage my two investment homes anymore, and deal with the stress and aggravation of finding tenants and answering midnight maintenance calls. Bay Property Management has rented out my houses now a couple of times at higher rents than I was able to get on my own. How Much Are Property Management Fees?

Monthly property management fees are 8% of the monthly rental income.

How do I get my rent?

Owner payouts are done twice a month and deposited directly into your account

Is maintence included with my monthly management fee?

Your dedicated property manager will coordinate any required maintenance with the tenant and schedule with our in-house maintenance team or dedicated contractors. However, the cost of the actual maintenance is not included with the monthly management fee.

What types of licenses are needed to rent my property?

License requirements vary by state, county and city ordinances. Our local property management experts will determine the requirements for your property to ensure full compliance with all laws.

How long will it take to rent my property?

On average, our properties rent in 30-days or LESS! Our dedicated leasing team will help you price your property right and then aggressively market your home across all platforms to find the right tenant.

How do you determine a rental rate for my property?

Rental rates are dictated by the market. Our team of leasing professionals use a variety of tools to compile a rental assessment to determine the best possible rate for your property based on current market conditions as well as comparable properties on the market and recently rented.
