Gloria is 100/10! Always responds promptly (even at random times due to my random schedule), assists me with all I need, and keeps me informed of everything without me having to inquire first. She also genuinely cares, and that is not to be said about majority of property managers who are just there to do their job, as Gloria goes above that point to make sure I am taken care of (it’s more than just a job requirement for her). How Much Are Property Management Fees?

Monthly property management fees are 8% of the monthly rental income. BMG offers some of the lowest property management fees near the Fairfax and Northern Virginia area with no hidden fees. Learn more about what’s covered in your management fees.

How do I get my rent?

Owner payouts are done twice a month and deposited directly into your account via ACH.

Is maintence included with my monthly management fee?

Your dedicated property manager will coordinate any required maintenance with the tenant and schedule with our in-house maintenance team or dedicated contractors. However, property management and property maintenance are not the same. Property maintenance costs are not included in your monthly management fees.

What types of licenses are needed to rent my property?

License & compliance requirements vary by state, county and city ordinances. Our local property management experts will determine the requirements near your property to ensure full compliance with all laws.

How long will it take to rent my property?

On average, our properties rent in 30-days or LESS! Our dedicated leasing team will help you price your rental property by doing an in-depth property analysis and comparing nearby property prices. We then aggressively market your home across all platforms to find the right tenant. 

How do you determine a rental rate for my property?

Rental rates are dictated by the market. Our team of leasing professionals use a variety of tools to compile a rental assessment to determine the best possible rate for your property based on current market conditions as well as comparable properties nearby.
