We are so happy with NINA in particular! We have had a few issues in the past but ever since Nina became our property manager, everything has been going so smoothly. I have been a tenant at one of Bay Property Management Group's properties in Philadelphia for nearly two years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Over the past few months, working with Jorge De Luna as my property manager has been particularly great. Jorge is the most respectful and easygoing person I've had the pleasure of working with. He advocates for my needs while always being fair and approachable. Whether through text, call, or email, Jorge is always prompt in responding and taking action on any queries or concerns I have. The property owner is equally wonderful and considerate. Though Jorge acts as the intermediary between us, I can clearly see that the owner is a kind, generous person who genuinely cares about her tenants. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a great place, and even more so to have such a caring owner and dedicated property manger who make the entire experience so positive. My rental is managed by BMG, and they have been stellar from the time that I toured the apt, and still now 6+ months later. Nina in particular is a star. Recently, I had a mirror fall in my bathroom that broke the toilet and blocked the shower—which was an urgent matter. Although all vendors were booked, Nina was able to squeeze me in and get this addressed swiftly. Thanks, BMG, for being one of the good ones!

Nina Bartolome recently helped me with a maintenance request and everything was smoothly operated. A sink cabinet was pulling off the wall and, as you can imagine, this could have been a serious issue if left unattended to. The request was filed in a timely manner and within the next day a service representative was working on my request. The cabinet was fastened and even a new drain was replaced without ask. Thank you for all the help! I've attached photos of the completed job.

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been great! My new apartment is wonderful. A couple days after moving in I was doing laundry & the dryer didn’t work. Within a couple days I had a new unit. Very responsive & I look forward to a great life here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Joy Angco, property manager is a shining star at Bay Management. She is extremely responsive and a superb problem solver and was a pleasure to work with when our heavily dripping faucet needed to be repaired/replaced. The drain repair company needed to open up the wall to fix. She also followed up with other issues swiftly and efficiently.
