We’ve had a great experience living at a Bay Property Management Group property. Our property manager, Rio, is easy to reach and is tremendously responsive whenever we have an issue that needs to be resolved. From plumbing issues and ceiling leaks, the maintenance crew has handled these requests within 1-2 days. Recently, Rio acted with a sense of urgency securing the landlord’s approval for a pet and allowed us to adopt a cat prior to the incoming snowstorm in January. We really appreciated her help receiving this approval within a few hours!
