BMG has been our rental management company for the past year and they have been great to work with. Early on, we had major appliance go bad and they were quick to respond by having a qualified company come out to fix the issue. They also followed up after the service to make sure everything was working properly. Even with small issues or questions regarding the payment portal, BMG responds immediately, often within the hour. Specifically Gie Angeles always responds with an answer or the information I need. He is my go-to for anything to do with the residence or BMG and I often reach out directly to him. I lived in a condo managed by BMG from 2018-2022 and have zero complaints. My maintenance requests were handled quickly… even when my freezer stopped working during the pandemic and appliances were hard to get. During the last year I worked with Gie Angeles who was always quick to respond to request re: pool passes, needing to break my lease early etc. As a renter I was very pleased with the service, payment platform, and overall support. I’m sure the same could be said for the condo owner.

NELSON Oliquino a Property Manager went above & Beyond when we had a problem with our Deposit, I emailed Nelson I heard back from him within minutes, letting me know he would have to Chek with accounting and ask me to send the forwarding address to make sure there wouldn't be any more issues, by the next afternoon he informed me that accounting was going to send another check to the forwarding address and apologized for the inconvenience! BMG management definitely has an asset with Nelson with his customer service skills and the Pride he takes in his work to help customers! I would definitely refer future customers, he definitely goes above & Beyond!
