Dana Anderson is originally from the Boston area and earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University. After relocating to Baltimore in 2014, he joined Bay Property Management Group as Director of New Business. Through his leadership, dedication, and results-driven approach, Dana was selected just two
years later to establish BMG’s Philadelphia office. Since opening in December 2017, the office has grown to manage more than 1,400 residential rental units and multiple homeowners associations throughout the region.
Dana is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Georgia. With more than a decade of experience in property management and real estate, he specializes in rental property investing, portfolio growth, landlord education, leasing strategies, market analysis, business development, and helping property owners maximize the long-term performance of their investments.
