I found two companies registered in BBB. Bay Property Management Group and the other. I tried to contact the latter company first from its web site and email on the web site. There was no response. Then I contacted the Bay Property. I met Wynn Geis. He explained all processes of renting my house. By the way, this is my first experience to do it. He did a very good presentation and conversation with us. I had decided to go with him. It was a bit of out of season for renting an apartment. However, he and his team did a good job to contract with a client.

Bay Property Management Group via its agent, Sean Donohue, rented my townhouse within three weeks even though we started during the July4th weekend when there was not much activity.
