is maintenance included with my management fee?

Your dedicated property manager will coordinate any required maintenace with the tenant and schedule with our in-house maintenance team or dedicated contractors. However, the cost of the actual maintenance is not included with the monthly management fee.

What are the license requirements to rent my property?

Your dedicated property manager will work with you to ensure your property is in compliance with all state and local ordinances for your area.

How are tenants chosen for my rental property?

In accordance with Fair Housing guidelines, Bay Property Management Group thoroughly screens each applicant to review credit and criminal background and well as rental history and income & employment verification.

How do you determine a rental rate for my property?

Rental rates are dictated by the market. Our team of leasing professionals use a variety of tools to compile a rental assessment to determine the best possible rate for your property based on current market conditions as well as comparable properties on the market and recently rented.

what happens if my tenants don't pay rent?

Your dedicated property manager will work efficiently to either get your tenant caught up or begin eviction proceedings. You only pay management fees for rent collected – we don’t get paid until you get paid.
