One of the most important factors tenants must consider when selecting a home to lease is the ability of the landlord to provide prompt, professional services.

Bay Property Management Group has set a new standard in the industry for promptness and reliability.

We work around the clock to maintain that standard and to be the top property manager in the region. Our goal is to provide you with a clean, functional residence. We attain that goal through employees who are well trained in residential services. One of our managers is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle emergencies.

In addition, all tenants’ security deposits are kept in a separate FDIC-insured bank account for refunding back to you at the completion of your lease.

We understand your rights as a resident under state law. We will always respect your privacy and coordinate with you in scheduling the best time for maintenance repair.
