Painter
Bay Property Management Group is seeking a Painting Technician, assigned to a portfolio of properties managed by BMG, including apartments, condos, and single- and multi-family housing buildings. This position is responsible for maintenance tasks mainly on painting and other minor handyman tasks for homes and apartments.

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Role
- Process and fulfill work orders including, but not limited to, priming and painting walls, decks, ceilings and more
- Perform minor handyman tasks, as needed
- Maintain administrative records
- Complete invoices for all work completed
- Complete work quickly and efficiently to control costs for owners
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle that you can use on the job
- Able to utilize work order tracking system on multiple devices, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop
- Expertise in all phases of painting work
- Ability to do minor handyman tasks
Salary
- $18.75 per hour
