Full-Time Office Administrator

Bay Property Management Group is seeking to hire a Full-Time Office Manager to join our growing team. Our company is growing rapidly, and the responsibilities of this role will evolve over time. Team player required.

What You Do All Day

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Role

  • Handle all door traffic
  • Pull daily tech/vendor keys
  • Sign keys/lockboxes in/out
  • Manage Key & Lockbox Inventory
  • Manage asset inventory
  • Go to the locksmith for key copies that we cannot make in the office
  • Assist Delinquency Specialist with various tasks
  • Receive, stamp & distribute mail
  • General Office Administration
  • Office Organization

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High school diploma
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Microsoft Office – Intermediate to advanced skills (excel & outlook)
  • Ability to effectively multitask
  • Time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Delinquency experience is a plus 
  • Ewrit experience is a plus
  • Required to work in office Monday – Friday

Benefits and Salary

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:30 am to 4 pm)
Rate: $50K per year; mileage reimbursement
