Leasing Manager
Bay Property Management Group is seeking a leasing manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for the management of our leasing department and team of leasing agents. Candidates with experience as a leasing agent, leasing manager, office administrator (with real estate/PM experience) and real estate agents will be considered.

What You Do All Day
- Managing a team of leasing agents
- Generating all ads for our units across several listing platforms
- Photographing vacant and occupied units for marketing
- Weekly meetings with team members
- Reviewing and signing off on all leases generated by agents
- Preparing all lease renewal offers and leases
- Tracking renewals and processing upon completion
- Overseeing the move-in flow through our property management software
- Entering all new properties into our property management software
- Tracking keys and lockboxes
- Entering properties into the MLS
- Weekly meetings with the company president
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school diploma
- Pennsylvania real estate license preferred
- Self-motivated
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Able to read, write, and speak English; Spanish a plus
- Build rapport with new clients
- Listening and communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Independently problem-solve and use professional judgment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing sales market and company practice
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Personal cell phone

- $55-$70K, dependent on experience and qualifications
