Maintenance Tech Bay Management Group is seeking to hire a maintenance technician who can handle routine service calls and prepare apartments and homes for new tenants. These properties are scattered all over Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, and AA County. This individual should have experience in the following to be considered:
- Minor electrical
- Plumbing
- Masonry
- Cabinetry
- Flooring
- Doors
- Locks
- Drywall
- Trim
- Paint
Experience, a clean driving record, and references are a must to be considered! Must be able to work with an electronic calendar, IPad (for inspection photos), and email. You will also be required to give thorough estimates and write up your own invoices. A company van will be provided, which you can use as your vehicle after hours as well! Bay Management Group will pay for all expenses related to the company van. Company offers 401K, employee-paid health insurance, 6 paid holidays, 15 PTO days (after 90 day probationary period), and a quarterly bonus. Starting salary is dependent on experience.
