Bay Management Group Charges Only Three Fees:

  1. Low Monthly Management Fee*
  2. One Month’s Rent to Lease a Vacant Property (this fee is negotiable on estimated monthly rent).
  3. Maintenance Fee on a case by case basis.

We do not charge:

  • Supervisory fees for routine management services
  • Management fees while your property is vacant
  • Periodic inspection fees
  • Administrative fees for evictions
  • Processing fees for administrative duties


*Our monthly management fee can vary between 5%-8%, depending on the number of units an owner has with us, and the price of the property.
