Meet Justin Nattrass, Director of Business Development
Justin brings hands-on industry knowledge to his position at Bay Property Management Group. He worked throughout the real estate industry for four years before joining the Philadelphia office two years ago. Justin is currently the Director of New Business Development and has the expertise to assist as a leasing agent when needed. He is a valued member of the team and works to obtain and onboard new properties to the company as well as locate tenants to fill them.
A Day in the Life of the Director of Business Development
Justin’s days are nonstop at Bay Property Management Group. He spends a great deal of time responding to calls from prospective owners looking for property management services in the greater Philadelphia region. From there, Justin travels to properties to complete a comprehensive rental assessment. Additionally, he uses this opportunity to offer advice regarding the home’s condition and what owners can do to maximize the rental potential. Once the paperwork is complete, and the property onboarded, Justin, jumps into leasing to conduct showings throughout the day. When asked what his favorite part of the job was, Justin responded:
“Having the opportunity to meet new people every day.”
