Meet Sean Maziarz, Leasing Agent for BMG Philadelphia
Sean joined Bay Property Management Group in April 2022 as a Leasing Agent in Philadelphia. With three years of experience in this role, he has mastered the art of guiding tenants through the rental process—from first inquiry to handing over the keys to their new home.
Before joining our property management company in Philadelphia, Sean built a diverse skill set across multiple industries. After earning his degree in Telecommunications from Penn State University, he worked in radio, retail, and restaurants, including seven years as a bartender. Now, as a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania, he applies his well-rounded background to the property management field.
A Day in the Life of Sean
As a leasing agent at BMG, Sean ensures prospective tenants receive top-tier customer service while securing the perfect rental. His daily routine starts at 9 a.m. with emails and follow-ups on leads before heading out for scheduled property tours. Throughout the day, he connects with new leads, schedules showings, and collaborates with owners and property managers to ensure properties are ready for move-in.
“I enjoy driving, so the amount of travel required in this role is never an issue for me,” Sean shares. His favorite part of the job? Helping people find a new place to call home! He’s also continually impressed by the efficiency of BMG’s management team, who ensure properties are rent-ready in record time.

Getting to Know Sean Outside the Office
When he’s not working, Sean loves watching sports (GO BIRDS!) and hitting the gym. One bucket list item he recently checked off? Deep sea fishing, which was a thrilling experience.
If he could meet anyone, Sean says Kobe Bryant would be his top choice. Growing up, Kobe was his role model, and he admires his legacy and work ethic. His favorite book? The Great Gatsby. And if he could dis-invent one thing? Crocs—no matter how comfortable they are, he just can’t get past the look!
When asked to describe himself in three words, Sean says: Energetic, passionate, and humorous—qualities that make him a valued member of the BMG team!
