Sean Donohue, Director of Business Development
Sean is the Director of Business Development for the Washington DC Metro Area. He graduated from the University of Maryland-College Park in 2018 with a BA concentrated in Architecture and Real Estate Development. After working various positions in sales and retail during college, Sean began his career with BMG as a leasing agent almost two years ago. In that time, he continuously excelled in customer relations and showed a commitment to growing the business.
A Day in the Life of Sean Donohue
According to Sean, his primary responsibility is to bring on new properties in the DC area. This encompasses the entire process from the first contact to getting a property on the market. A typical day consists of taking calls, responding to leads, driving to meet with prospective owners, sending emails, and doing paperwork for our new properties. When asked what his favorite part of the job was, Sean responded;
“My favorite part of my job is that every day is different and presents a new challenge. It certainly is never boring!”
