Meet Christian Connolly, Lead Multi-Family Property Manager
Christian joined Bay Property Management Group in February of 2018 as a Lead Multi-Family Property Manager. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his role thanks to over 15 years’ experience in the construction and property management industries. Christian also uses the customer service skills he learned from working in restaurants to help him in his everyday activities. According to Christian, his favorite part of the job is seeing a long-term project come to fruition.
A Day in the Life of a Lead Multi-Family Property Manager
Christian is the main point of contact for multi-family property owners & tenants. He uses his extensive experience to answer questions, provide guidance, handle maintenance, and ease concerns. Additionally, Christian helps the maintenance staff stay organized by arranging appointments to suit their daily schedule for maximum productivity.
Christian is busy managing the day-to-day aspects of properties during a typical day while staying on target with larger-scale tasks. He enjoys the fact that every day is different with an organic workflow that commands constant reprioritizing and attention.
